Lead Property Maintenance Tech Foreman – Independent Work + Reliable Transportation

Looking for a reliable Lead Property Maintenance Tech Foreman to join our team! This is a hands-on role performing general maintenance and punch list work in residential rental properties, that will also help manage and organize our other crews and and vendors (carpet, tile, etc).T
Ideal for someone who works well independently, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing solid, honest work.
Duties include:
- Installing/changing light fixtures ceiling fans
- Drywall patching (matching texture) and paint
- Pressure washing walkways, siding, patios
- Completing punch lists when tenants move out
- General handyman tasks as needed
- Swapping out appliances (stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
- HVAC experience (tune up) a MAJOR plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance/handyman experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic tools to complete jobs (we provide materials)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and do physical work
Pay: Competitive – $22-30+/hr based on experience (W2 or 1099 options available)
Schedule: Flexible, but reliability and communication are key. 25-40+ hrs / week
