Earthcore was established in 2005 and headquartered in Mesa, we are a small company with room for growth. Earthcore provides our customers with demolition and grading construction services. We are looking to hire Heavy Equipment Operators. We are looking for people who are hardworking, dedicated, on time and reliable. We are looking for a blade and Gannon operators to start immediately. These positions are full-time positions; 40-50 hours per week with possible over time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Operate heavy equipment skillfully, and safely, including Dozers, Open Can Scrapers, Paddle Scrapers, Blades, Large Excavator, Gannon, Haul Truck, and Water Truck.
Promote safety, always take an active role in prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others in accordance with OSHA and Earthcore’s standards.
Inspect equipment, perform thorough inspections and accurately completing daily inspection reports.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
5 years experience with the operations of heavy equipment in earth work and paving.
Ability to perform physical job tasks in all climate conditions in metro Phoenix, as well as occasional work out of town
