Description:
AJ Employment Services is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician with HVAC knowledge to join our team in Glendale, CA. This position is temp-to-hire, with the opportunity to become a permanent team member within two weeks if performance meets expectations.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks in apartment units and common areas.
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
Conduct general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an apartment maintenance technician.
Knowledge and/or experience with HVAC systems.
Clean background with no felonies (background check required).
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Must be hirable and eligible to work in the United States.
