Finisher
Experienced and Efficient with Painting and Staining Cabinets. Must have knowledge of
materials, be able to eye match colors and know how to be resourceful with materials.
Have Knowledge of Sanding proficiently and assist your assistant during down time.
Dispose of empty containers and keep area clean and as dust free as possible, while
keeping products stored safely in fire proof storage lockers.
Keep Inventory and Provide order sheet to office when low on Materials.
-Pay Rate $19.00 per hour to start / Post Trial Period Raised to $23.00 an hour/ After 6
Months of proficiency and Proper Attendance Raised to $25.00 an hour. Annual Raises
thereafter.
Requirements: Experience Painting Cabinets Mim. 4 Years.
Cabinet Installers
Two (2) Positions
(1) Lead Installer – Must have a Mim of 4 Years of Cabinet Installation Experience. Must
be able to make adjustments and account for uneven application surfaces (walls /
floors) Must excel in Cleanliness and Touch up any marks made due to Installation
practice. Must know how to Install Crown and all Trim pieces proficiently. Must
have own tools. Own small truck preferred. (Cabinets are pre-delivered to site)
-Must be able to communicate well with home owners and contractors. Be in
communication with Front Office. Must be familiar or learn to use Company Cam. Project
Photos are ALWAYS required.
- Must be able to follow shop drawings.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per Box Installed. 1099 Position. Additional compensation is provided for
Crown Moulding. 3 to 4 Projects per week are typical. - Depending on Production Schedule.
References are REQUIRED Background Check Performed, as well as drug testing.
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD – Both Positions
(2) Delivery Driver / Install Helper
-Deliver Cabinets to jobsites.
- Run Errands as needed to pickup Materials
- Go on Field Measures
- Assist Installer when Required
- Must be able to have entry level Install Experience
- Be able to stand long periods / Carry over 50 lbs
- Be able to read tape measure and knowledge of basic cabinetry layouts.
- Be able to understand basic shop renderings.
Must provide copy of MVD driving record.
Pay Rate $16.00 / per hour to start. Raise provided at 6 Months the first year depending on
performance / skills developed. Annual Raises after 1st Year of employment.
Clerical Assistant
Assist G.M. / Answer and Make Phone Calls/ Order Materials/ File Paperwork/ Clean Office
Routinely / Assist Clients and Potential Clients with Basic Cabinetry Knowledge. Will assist
GM with Paperwork, Project Files and Billing. Must be able to learn all aspects of the office
and be available to work without supervision when necessary and when GM is out of the
office. Must have reliable transportation and be able to run light errands when necessary.
Pay Rate $16.00 per hour to start / Training will be required. / Raises provided annually
dependent on skills and attitude and reliability.
Part Time to Start 9 AM till 2 PM
-Some Cabinet shop experience helpful, but not required.
- Bilingual Preferred
- Must possess basic office skills.
