Furcini Construction, a reputable construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of construction in addition to framing: cabinet installation, drywall repair, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing. This position involves working on both remodel and new build projects.
Responsibilities:
Perform framing, cabinet installation, drywall repair, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing tasks.
Work on construction remodel and new build projects with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on job sites.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Framer in construction projects.
Proficiency in framing, cabinet installation, drywall repair, painting, minor electrical, and minor plumbing.
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude and appearance, especially when working in occupied spaces.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with construction safety regulations.
