Job Opportunity: Entry Level Service Technician

In response to our continuous expansion, we are thrilled to announce an immediate opening for an Entry Level Service Technician at our manufacturing plant in Tempe, Arizona. This presents an exceptional opportunity to kickstart your career in the dynamic field of Direct to Film industrial printing equipment support.

Role Overview: On-line Service Technician

As an On-line Service Technician, you will undergo comprehensive training in the repair and troubleshooting of our industrial inkjet printers. Successful candidates may advance to the role of Field Service Technician, involving travel to customer plants for installation, training, and technical support.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on industrial large format printers.

Develop in-depth technical knowledge of our product lines, including operational capabilities, software communication protocols, and PC interface printing for programs.

Maintain an accurate inventory and daily updates of all parts and supplies used during repairs.

Manage customer repair records within our help desk software.

Provide technical support to customers upon request.

Conduct field service visits to customer locations for installation and training support of our industrial marking equipment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum associate's degree or technical school degree in electronics engineering technology, industrial instrumentations, or related field.

Preferred experience with low-level electronics and electrical device repair.

Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working directly with customers by phone and in-person.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to travel as required.

MS Office experience, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. CRM experience such as Zoho is a plus.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: 8-hour shift
