Local and family owned pool company is looking to add a motivated, energetic and excited pool sales representative.
Mainly focused on East Valley swimming pool and landscape sales projects, you must have experience in pool, landscape, or constructions sales and project management, general repairs/troubleshooting pools experience- is a PLUS! You must be a self-starter and want to make a lot of money. You cannot be afraid to drive to make a sale!
Estimated Full-time compensation base salary plus commissions: $108,000.00 per year.
Schedule: Monday to Friday Offices are closed on the Weekends
Experience:
- Sales Occupations: 3 year (Preferred)
- Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: In-person/ Remote

Responsibilities
As a Sales and Project manager, your key duties will include but are not limited to:
Swimming pool and landscape sales
Follow up with Prospects and Leads provided by Salten.
Generate your own leads and prospects.
Collaborating with the Salten team to secure and onboard new clients.
Expanding market share with existing clients
Nurturing and strengthening relationships with prospective clients.
Managing change order submissions and approvals
coordinate with team on managing the construction project.
Conducting take-offs and Bids for work
Building relationships with other trades and customers on job sites
Attending pre- and post-construction meetings as necessary
Walking the Projects to confirm quality and completion.
Creating and clarifying scopes as needed
Submitting quotes and managing customer relations
Coordinating and reporting to the office
Helping as needed in your Area.
