Key Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Designer, your duties will encompass a comprehensive range of activities:
Conduct in-depth consultations to craft tailored solutions based on client preferences and outdoor living aspirations.
Skillfully assess property space, considering dimensions, soil conditions, topography, and additional relevant factors.
Create innovative and functional designs that include pool design, hardscaping, landscaping, lighting, fire and water features.
Develop persuasive sales presentations, outlining the transformational impact of proposed designs.
Engage in meticulous project area measurements and detailed cost estimations.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact through the design and sales process.
Stay informed about industry trends and apply this knowledge to enhance design proposals.
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:
Possess strong capabilities in initiating detailed consultations and developing aesthetic and functional outdoor designs.
Have the ability to conduct precise measurements and perform advanced calculations for design specifics.
Demonstrate proficiency in applying industry knowledge to enhance the quality and innovation of pool and landscape designs.
Show a proven track record in relationship building and maintaining customer satisfaction.
