Hi my name is Abbie and I sell 20 acre mining claims for $4995 that people can camp on 2 weeks a month. This job is mostly from home phone work but you may want to meet customers at the site.
I live in Green Valley AZ . I have claims for sale but I also locate sites for people so they can have 20 acres close to home.
I have sites statewide and need help marketing and selling them.
Job discription:
You are your own boss, you can market anyway you wish, work your own hours and self employed. I pay a 10%
commission per sale.
Mining claims
Can be camped on 2 weeks per month. They are for recreational use.
In general (You can not move on them or build structures.)
They are Federally registered, legally stamped and filed by the county. State and Department of the interior.
They come with a deed.
No taxes.
The yearly fee is waved if they own less
than 10 claims.
They can will or resell it
They can rent it out to camp mining and collect rent on it.
This job is done mostly by phone. I draw a map so clients can see the site.
Sell on the side of what you are doing now
Signs for your car. Ad in your front lawn if you have traffic. These are some ideas.
You can do all your own marketing with prior approval. Serious calls only.
