Our services in Stormwater Solutions include (but are not limited to) preconstruction design involvement through self-performed execution and installation. Our firm also specializes in Value Engineering opportunities, where all stakeholders experience the benefits of our stormwater solutions, when considered in the right applications.
Blucor Contracting, Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative – Stormwater Solutions to fill an immediate need with our growing company.
Responsibilities:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services always
Develop relationships with civil engineers, local agencies, and general contractors to promote Blucor Stormwater Solutions.
Meet or exceed expected sales volumes and forecasted metrics.
Work with owners, engineers and competitors to ensure the proper solutions are designed into projects for the benefit of the whole.
Qualifications:
Sales experience in underground utilities and stormwater solutions is preferred, with emphasis on Storm Drain and Stormwater Retention. Professional civil engineer certification is also preferred, but not required.
Ability to provide integrity driven recommendations and solutions.
Ability to follow direction, structure and corporate vision.
Ability to generate leads, through self-disciplined and self-motivated measures.
Ability and willingness to learn and grow continuously.
This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $65,000 - $125,000+ annually
