We are seeking an in-person, hands-on Outbound Call Center Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and leads by example. This role is responsible for managing and scaling our outbound call center team, overseeing daily operations, and driving high performance across outbound calls, inbound support, scheduling, and confirmations.

The ideal candidate is a Service Titan expert, a strong communicator, and highly KPI-driven, with the ability to build a positive team culture while consistently achieving performance goals. All leads will be provided.

This is a Full-time, on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ.

You Will:

Lead day-to-day call center operations: outbound calling, lead management, dispatch coordination, and confirmation calls.

Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of representatives and dispatchers.

Set, monitor, and enforce individual and team KPIs; implement incentive and accountability systems.

Develop and refine scripts, talk tracks, and scheduling workflows to maximize conversion and performance.

Partner with field operations and leadership to ensure smooth job scheduling and customer coordination.

Serve as a working manager—take calls, handle escalations, and step in as needed.

Oversee Service Titan CRM administration: call flow setup, reporting dashboards, performance tracking, and implementation support.

Foster a positive, energetic, and incentive-based team culture that balances customer service with hitting metrics.

You Bring:

Experience managing an outbound call center or inside sales team (home services or water treatment preferred).

Hands-on leadership style—you lead by example and aren’t afraid to jump on the phones.

Strong CRM experience (Service Titan preferred); familiarity with Dialpad or similar tools a plus.

Proven ability to motivate, train, and retain top-performing team members.

Data-driven, KPI-focused, and process-oriented.

Excellent communicator with strong time management and conflict resolution skills.

Thrives in a startup environment — comfortable operating with autonomy, building processes, and creating structure from scratch.

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
