We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Outbound Appointment Setting Representative to join our high-performing home services team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys connecting with potential customers to schedule qualified appointments. Leads will be provided.

This is a Full-time, on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ.

You Will:

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to engage potential customers and set qualified appointments for our home services

Effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections

Book qualified appointments and support sales conversions

Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM (CRM experience a plus)

Maintain high call volume and follow-up standards

Identify and report customer feedback, issues, or improvement opportunities

Collaborate with the team and leadership to continuously improve performance

Take and apply feedback constructively to improve skills and outcomes

You Bring:

1-3 years of call center sales or marketing experience (required)

Ability to work a flexible work schedule

Reliable transportation

Receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement

Strong communication and people skills

Experience using phone systems and/or dialers (preferred)

Residential water treatment experience is a strong plus

Service Titan experience is a strong plus

A go-getter with a self-motivated, proactive attitude

Someone competitive, who thrives on reaching and exceeding goals

Employment requires current eligibility to legally work in the United States.

The role offers a base pay of $20 per hour, PLUS uncapped commission on qualified, completed demos as well as completed sales. Top performers typically earn $25–$35+ per hour with commissions included.
