Castle Consulting is hiring for a Professional In-Office position that is responsible for the initial call and contact of clients seeking legal representation. It is mandatory you possess excellent communication skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional attire, the ability to ETHICALLY feature benefit our services. The candidate(s) must be willing to work hard, be aggressive, and a self starter.

Compensation:

Salary - starting base salary of $3,000 per month plus daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses dependent on performance.

Responsibilities:

-Professionally & accurately screen all inbound inquiries to determine if case is suitable for firm

-Aggressively monitor and handle all potential new client inquiries

-Immediately make contact and establish rapport with all potential new client inquiries

-Schedule Free Consultation for the same or next day

-Relentlessly follow up of all inquiries

-Accurately update CRM system

-Follow instruction from immediate supervisor and Supervising Attorneys
