Aces Construction is seeking to grow our team with high-performing professionals to sell and manage roofing contracts in the Phoenix area. MUST HAVE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:
Generate/follow up on leads for roofing services
Conduct site inspections, prepare customer estimates, and conduct sales presentations
Regularly communicate with production and operations teams to manage projects from start to finish
Insurance claims assistance for customers with storm damage
Looking for an experienced roofing salesman to create their own leads and sell jobs. Must have experience in creating estimates & contracts. Willing to give a competitive 10% overhead then 50/50 split of remaining profit.
I will handle project management, completing the job, crew, and materials. You will focus on selling, client satisfaction, and paperwork.
