Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups.
Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of retail math concepts for effective pricing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with multilingual abilities (Spanish is a plus).
Familiarity with inventory control processes and systems.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Experience in outside sales with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Strong up-selling skills to maximize revenue opportunities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
