Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Design and Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, design and home improvement, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Monday - Saturday. Sales experience in countertop sales or home renovations sales experience a plus.
Duties:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market
Stone Countertops
Tile Surfaces (Primarily Backsplash)
Cabinetry Packages
LVP Flooring Packages
- Ability to hit sales targets and goals for compensation strategies
- Conduct sales presentations in-home and at the showroom.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Ability to Collect/verify measurements in the field.
- Manage and initiate marketing campaigns. (Approved and Funded by Company)
Requirements:
- Background check- Proven experience in outside sales or account management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively market and sell stone, tile and cabinetry products- Business development mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets- Home improvement sales experience is a plus
Knowledge Moraware or CRM software that would be a tremendous plus
Bi-Lingual Fluency in Spanish would be a plus
