Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a partner to engage homeowners who have experienced fire damage, assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Navigate the end-to-end sales process efficiently — from initial contact to deal closure within 15-30 minutes, avoiding the typical 2-hour appointments.
Advocate for homeowners with insurance companies to secure fair handling of claims and adequate compensation.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Work Schedule:
Flexible scheduling with a requirement to work two weekends per month, rotating coverage with your sales partner to ensure continuity of service.
Frequent local travel to meet new and existing clients, efficiently managing a shared itinerary with your sales partner.
Daily dispatch to families in need, providing essential services at no cost to the customer. We bill their insurance company! No collecting cash, bank info or finance paperwork!
Candidate Profile:
A strong background in outside sales, ideally in insurance, real estate, home improvement, or related fields such as pest control or solar sales. Experience as a firefighter is highly regarded, given the nature of our services.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the capability to effectively close deals.
High organizational proficiency with the ability to work dynamically in pairs.
Empathy and understanding of the emotional and practical needs of clients in distress.
Compensation Details:
Generous, uncapped commission structure: Potential to earn $260,000 annually for proficient reps, and up to $400,000 annually for top performers.
$500 monthly gas stipend to offset your tank
$250 monthly car allowance for tire rotation, oil changes etc.
