iBOS USA is looking for an aggressive sales executive to work remotely in several regions around the United States. We are in Arizona, and if you are as well, you can come into the office if you like, but for our out-of-state regions, this is an autonomous work-from-home position.

Our sales program is designed so our sales executives can make very high 6 figure incomes while having residual ongoing income for life from everything generated in their portfolio. If you are not making 100K+ after 1 year, you are the wrong person for the job. All income is residual. (See commission structure below)

Because of this high commission structure, we only want hungry, aggressive, determined applicants. We do not have a base. Those who perform make serious income. And those that don't perform do not. We do sign a contract for ongoing residuals, which will follow each Sales Executive over the years, permanently. It is quite generous - however, due to this, iBOS USA is extremely picky about who we bring on to the team.

Ideally, we want someone with many connections in the corporate industry already. It is easier to bring aboard clients if you already have connections.

Descriptions of what iBOS USA does:

iBOS USA provides low-cost outsourcing options to companies throughout the U.S. Finding quality applicants at a low cost is challenging for U.S. companies and iBOS USA solves that for our clients. Our outsourced staff work out of our office in the Dominican Republic and have American-sounding voices, so they integrate seamlessly in with our client’s operations. We provide American-voiced professional outsourcing to a number of companies across the U.S. at a drastically reduced rate of what it had been costing them previously. For this reason, we have trademarked the term " "Remote Insourcing" since we are truly allowing our clients to insource remote personnel directly into their daily operation remotely, and at a fraction of the price. It is a growing need in America. And want a hard-working Sales Executive living in one of these regions to sell it.

Our commissions structure is as follows:

$160 residual per month, per position, ongoing residual – forever.

(Example: If one of our Regional Sales Executives brings aboard a new client company that wants 10 outsourced positions, that rep will make $1600 monthly ongoing off that client - forever). We would like to see the Sales Executive taking over this region to bring in clients, filling 100 new positions per year – which would be $192,000 the first year with $208,000 ongoing residuals – forever. If 100 positions are filled the next year, it would be $384,000, with this being ongoing residuals – forever. And grow each year from there. If the rep leaves or retires the ongoing residuals stay will that rep for life.)

For this reason, we do not offer a base. If you want it – go get it. And we make it well worth your while. (It is not easy! Or else it would not pay so well.) We only want the best of the best applying.

Due to this income structure, we are extremely selective about who we consider for this position. Please do not apply unless you meet the qualifications below:

1. At least 5 years of sales experience

2. A strong record of success in sales

3. A large number of existing contacts in various industries from previous sales experience

4. Local in this region (If you are not in this region but meet these qualifications, we do have several other regions open - inquire about your area)

5. Tenacity & Drive

We will consider part-time in some instances as a rep gets going if that rep brings enough to the table. Inquire, and we will consider.
