Position Overview:
Work as an Appointment Setter from home or in office! you will be responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone for our clients. Your role will involve:
Contacting potential clients/business owners and CEO's to arrange a virtual sit down.
Providing information about our services and offerings to build our clients a fully functional call center.
Maintaining accurate records of scheduled appointments.
Ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and engage with people over the phone.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
