Real Estate Listing Manager / Lead Agent Assistant (Work from home)
Looking for a Local Listing Manager and Lead Agent Assistant who can handle a new listing from beginning until it turns Pending. Also, you will assist the Lead Agent.
Requirements:
Must have an ARIZONA real estate license.
Must have minimum of five year experience in real estate.
Thorough knowledge of the Internet, MLS, MS Publisher, Top Producer, Market Snapshot and Outlook.
Must have a fully functional home office, cell, head set, computer, fax/scanner.
Capable of handling 10+ new listings per month.
Enjoy communicating via phone and email with clients, agents and the public
Will occasionally show property
Highly tech-savvy
Digital marketing and social media experience
Lead Database Management
Hard working & coachable
Highly effective multi-tasker
Extremely detailed
Assist Lead Agent will various duties.
Pay Structure:
Paid as a 1099 independent contractor
Compensation negotiable depending on experience
Hours:
Must have the flexibility of occasional work at nights and on weekends.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
