The ideal candidate would have some horse experience and love animals. Leads are for horse property and you will need to be able to talk the talk and fit the role.
Who are we? The team lead is the broker. She is highly skilled and has spent the last 18 months building scalable systems for you to thrive. As a well-connected, seasoned broker with 20+ years selling homes and horse property, you will benefit from this knowledge.
In your transactions, you will have the benefit of automated messaging, transaction tools, and automation, and social media training is in place. We have room for two agents to participate in the accelerated agent social media training, which is $6,000 per agent.
If you are looking for something different than the team leader getting all the credit and are willing to do your part and spend time learning our systems, this will be epic for you.
