We are looking for an individual who can multi-task. Someone who can provide administrative support, top notch customer service and who isn't afraid of picking up the phone.

Ideal candidate must be available Monday-Friday from 7:00-3:30. Have knowledge of A/R, A/P, QuickBooks, Excel and Outlook.

2 years+ experience assisting in a small office preferred

Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications including Word & Excel
