Dealing with Customer's and Technicians-must be a team player.Work in office job, this is not a work from home job.
Hours 8am-3pm Monday-Friday in shop.
Dispatch 2-8 technicians weekly. Take phones after hours.
Follow up with work orders, materials, emails, answering calls, deliveries, invoicing.

Reliable
Must be able to multitask
Work well under pressure
Great customer service skills
Attention to detail
Experience with HouseCall Pro Software
