Construction Project Coordinator-Assistant Estimator
This position is responsible for providing support to the Estimator and Project Manager, as well as administrative, data entry, contract coordination and clerical support to the project. They will maintain a professional working relationship with client, architect, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Experience working on commercial construction projects for general contractors is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator works as an on-site team member in project management, invoicing, and close-out for one or more assigned projects. The Project Coordinator must have the ability to work cooperatively as a team member with other colleagues, as well as our client, project architect and engineers and our trade contractors managing the following tasks:
Subcontractor and supplier solicitation.
Perform and set up subcontracts and perform data entry to generate subcontracts with job‐specific forms.
Track executed subcontracts, insurance, bonds, pre‐liens, and lien releases.
Produce and distribute periodic reports for management team.
Coordinate job close-out documents.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite software.
Good organizational skills.

Knowledge in Procore Software a plus!
