Organizational and excellent communication skills are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:
Administrator and assistant to the President.
QuickBooks entries, job costing, AR/AP, Inuit payroll – 5 employees, weekly reports, etc.
General office duties mail, phones, supplies, admin support.
File and maintain written project records along with creating electronic copies in proper e-folders.
General support for the project team as needed with various day to day tasks
Set up and maintain customer folders
Gather information and submit for City/County permits
Support field install with equipment ordering, maintaining project schedules, construction plans and general project tracking
Work with Estimating to make sure quotes are completed in a timely manner.
MUST HAVE:
QuickBooks & accounting experience.
Construction administrative experience.
MS Office and Excel experience.
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Would be nice : Photoshop, Web Design, Graphic Design Skills
COMPENSATION
Hourly paid weekly. Depends on experience. Range is $18.00 to $24.00
Hours are flexible. Great small company work environment with lots of room to grow.
