Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/House Manager to provide support to our house. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Starting 3 days a week to fulltime (Background check required)
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the house calendar, including scheduling appointments.
Scheduling equipment maintenance
Shipping/Receiving
Trash/Recycle maintenance.
Schedule automobile Service
Home repairs
Garage and Tool organization
High Ceiling interior cleaning
Interior windows
Skills
Strong background in administrative support with excellent organizational skills.
Handyman
Computer literate for scheduling
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or clerk is desirable but not mandatory.
