Seeking a Part time administrative position to help with general office tasks. I am the owner of 3 businesses and work from my home. This is a office position within my home. Hours are Tuesday thru Friday 10 am to 3pm. The hours are flexible. but need to be a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle clerical tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and filing.
Assist with managing communications, such as emails and phone calls.
Support day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.
File management, compliance and audit files for required documents.

What I'm Looking For:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
GOOGLE SUITE is required, we use google for all files, and management.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independent
Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
Strong opportunity for advancement if desired.
