Busy Roofing Company looking for Front Office Assistance/Lead Coordinator with mad skills.

OFFICE HOURS: In Office Position, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs. wk.)– Business Casual Attire

We are looking to hire a strong individual with fast paced office experience. We are a small company and are looking for someone willing to learn and grow with our company. Someone that enjoys being busy and taking on a challenge. This position is salaried and eligible to accrue vacation and sick time after 90 days.

A Customer Service Pro with excellent phone skills

Positive, Energetic and Clear Phone Voice/Personality

Attention to Detail & Mad Organizational Skills

Proficient with Excel, Outlook and easily learns new software

Strong data entry – accurate typing and handwriting

Team Player, willing to learn other areas of office and assist other team members

Multitasker, self-starter, minimal supervision, quick thinker and self-motivated

Strong work ethic

Bilingual a plus (but not necessary)

Position Responsibilities:

Answer phones

Schedule and coordinate all incoming leads via phone and email

Organize and assign incoming leads by area and salesman

Manage Lead Tracking Report and filing

Fields other incoming calls

Opening and closing responsibilities of office

Oversee supplies needed for office

Assist other Team Members
