We are currently seeking a full time Insurance Administrative Assistant for our Financial Advisory Firm in North Scottsdale.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: PAST EXPERIENCE WITH INSURANCE AGENCY OR FINANCIAL SERVICES. Upbeat attitude, strong computer skills, self motivated, ability to adapt and learn new task quickly & efficiently. Detail oriented, can multitask, possesses excellent communication, spelling and grammar skills.
General administrative duties including but not limited to:
- follow standardized formats and established internal procedures
- generate various documents
- communication with clients
- data entry
- filing
- assisting other administrative personnel with various tasks
$25.00per hour depending on experience.
