Our Central Mesa Manufacturing company has a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant position available beginning June 1st.
This part-time position is for day-time work between the hours of 8 am and 3 pm, averaging 15-20 hours per week, however the number of hours may vary depending on workload.
Weekly schedule is somewhat flexible. No weekend work required.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, entering PO's into our system (via Excel, QuickBooks, & production schedule), generating work-flow travelers, organizing and filing paperwork, calculating payroll hours, paying bills, managing and updating vendor information, reviewing accuracy of PO's and pricing, and some packaging of products.
Some office experience preferred. Familiarity with MS Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
Dependability, good attitude, and good attendance is a must.
We will be holding interviews during the last week of May.
