We are seeking rockstar Office Assistant to bring energy, hustle, and a positive attitude to our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and helping every person in the office. We need someone who can take minimal instruction and provide maximum results.
We are located in San Tan Village in beautiful Gilbert with an office at the Kiln building.
The building has many upscale amenities such as conference rooms, podcast studio, multiple co-working spaces, private conversation booths, kitchen, gym, locker room, theatre and weekly events that are run for all who work there.
This is a full-time position, in the office; hours will vary between 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
We need someone who is professional, dependable, responsible, hardworking, with an entrepreneurial spirit that brings creativity to the table. Someone who can provide solutions not problems.
What we do:
We are a tech enabled marketing company that specializes in client acquisition for our clients. We are constantly trying to push the edge of innovation, but we do it with integrity. The base of everything we do is data centered. All our campaigns are customized for each and every client, nothing is cookie cutter.
Responsibilities:
Pull and update daily reports on different jobs
Reply to emails on behalf of the company
Manage our social media content provider
Do research on people/places/things as asked
Make appointments, schedule meetings, send invitations for the staff
Interact with the building personnel for things needed in the office
Interact with clients as they visit the office
Run errands for the office team
Schedule reservations, order and pickup meals for the office staff
Book travel and hotel/car reservations
Be a ‘catchall’ for whatever is needed around the office
Punctual and on time
Qualifications:
Experience working for a marketing company is a plus, but not a requirement
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with G suite products (Google docs, Google sheets, Google calendar etc.)
Experience with Zoom, Teams, Google meet and other virtual meeting platforms
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable form of transportation
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email
Positive attitude and self-motivated to learn new things
Loyal and Honest
Organized
