Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant/ Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations. This is an in office position.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Posting available homes daily.
Manage phone calls and correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospective residents.
Support project coordination and tracking.
Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy.
Assist with filing of legal notices
Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff.
Conduct various administrative duties as needed.
Conduct property inspections
Delivery of notices as needed to homes of residents
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles.
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge of project coordination techniques is a plus.
