The Customer Service Representativeis responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service support to our client, outside sales team and factory partners. They are a key component in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a strong positive relationship with our customer base. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Assist clients with general inquiries regarding programs, stock availability, item details, etc.
- Price check and submission of purchase orders into our factory partners
- Keep detailed record of order submissions via our CSR system
- Provide feedback regarding estimated ship dates and tracking
- Assist with quotation requests
- Work with factory partners, utilizing problem solving skills to manage high level customer inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- This is a fully in-person positionbased in Phoenix, Arizona.
