The Community Association Manager (CAM) reports to the President of the HOA and is responsible to collect, record, and deposit monthly dues. Additional responsibilities include working with Title and Mortgage Companies on resale agreements, performing banking activities, and maintaining records of the HOA. Candidate should possess Microsoft Office and QuickBook skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills, understanding of basic accounting principals, and strong organizational skills are required to be successful in this position.
The Village at Apache Wells (VAW) is located near Falcon Field in Mesa and is a community of 170 homeowners, comprised of twin homes and condos. This is an on-site position Monday through Friday from 8:00am - Noon. Paid federal holidays and 20 hours paid vacation per year.
