CLERICAL/CUSTOMER SERVICE position processing warranty cancellations available with Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Business Office!

The Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram business office is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking person to fill this role.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record and have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements
- Ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process
- Process refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders
- Maintain the schedules and work the reconciling items on the extended warranty/insurance reconciliations
- Field phone calls and emails from customers daily regarding updates to cancellations process and ETA on refunds
- Scanning, Filing and Photocopying
- Data Entry
- Additional tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have basic Microsoft knowledge; excel, word, outlook, etc.
- Organize; detail with ability to multitask – good organizational skills and ability to work with deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Works well under pressure
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Must be a team player!
