Production Planner & Assembler $18 Hour

We are in a high growth market and considered one of the leading manufacturers of anti-theft security screens and doors in the Southwest. Based in Phoenix, AZ we are expanding nationally and aggressively increasing our production to meet the demands of our dealers.

This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and advance with our Company. As you learn the assembly process, we will provide cross training in other functions including procurement, production planning, and production leadership.

Business Environment:

> Privately owned firm with a strong team of leaders and mentors

> Lots of hands-on training

> Full time: Monday - Thursday 8am -4pm

General Requirements:

> High School Diploma (G.E.D. or Diploma) is acceptable for the right candidate

> 2+ years of college in technology, supply chain, or business administration OR

> 2+ experience in manufacturing is a plus to fast-track your growth and leadership

> Ability to speak and write in English

> Reliable transportation

> Comfortable working in a workshop/warehouse environment

Minimum Skills Requirements:

> Teachable personality with a willingness to work hard

> Detailed oriented and quality workmanship oriented

> Takes initiative and can multi-task

> Capable of using a battery hand drill and tape measure

> Communicates well and open to sharing suggestions for improvement

> Comfortable with lifting of 25-50 lbs. throughout the day
