Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our reputable trophies & award team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in working in retail, assembling trophies, and utilizing hand and power tools. Mechanical knowledge and the ability to be creative & crafty with their hands are highly desirable for this role. We provide training needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble & cut sublimated aluminum for plaques & medals. Build trophy parts (bases, columns, figures, and flexi-plates accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently to customer specifications.
- Operate hand tools, heat press, and power tools to assist in assembly processes
- Inspect & clean plaques, acrylics, crystals, and trophies to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Package & ship products to specifications.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in custom signage & print, trophies, awards, packaging, & manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to fabricate parts when necessary or be a self-proclaimed DIY'er
