We’re a growing apparel brand based in Phoenix, specializing in high-quality button-down shirts. While we currently work with a small factory in California, we’re expanding and building out our own in-house production here in Phoenix.
We have a small but fully equipped studio, and we’re looking for an experienced sewer to join us as our first team member in this space. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping us get our first production facility off the ground.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience sewing woven shirts or similar woven garments
- Proficiency with single-needle industrial sewing machines
- Prior production sewing experience (not just home sewing)
- Detail-oriented and able to produce consistent, high-quality work
Position Details:
- Part-time to start, with the option to move into a full-time role if it’s a good fit and you want the hours
- Based in Phoenix, AZ
- Hands-on role helping us launch and grow our in-house production
Compensation:
Pay is negotiable based on experience and output. We expect to pay the right person $18–$20+ per hour.
