We're not your typical factory. Every day brings something new—niche smallproducts, small batch builds, 3D printing, real problem-solving, and a clean, quiet, climate-controlled shop. You’ll have both independence and direct access to the founder, be kept in the loop on happenings and findings, with a clear path to grow if you’ve got the drive.

We offer:
$16–$27/hr ($21.50 avg) based on skill and speed
Full and part-time W2 positions
25 hours/week, PART TIME. Flexible schedules available. 6:30am to 11:30am -or- 9:30am to 3pm (1/2 hour lunch break) -or- work 3 full days (8 hours x 3 days = 24 hours; 6:30am to 3pm)
40 hours/week, FULL TIME. 6:30am to 3pm (1/2 hour lunch break)
Bi-weekly pay, medical/401K
Bonus pay for high output

The Fine Print:
Lumitask pays our “independent” proforma-based techs competitive earnings per piece being paid for every completed project or sub-assembly. Our focus is on efficiency, quality, and safety above all else! Your will and your skill will enable you to determine the pay you desire for yourself. Our dedicated team will give you all the tools and training necessary to unlock your maximum potential. Part-time work is available immediately and Full-time work available after proven Part-time. Specific tasks will vary depending on your evolving skillset. You will be a W2 employee (not a contractor!) meaning you will be trained, insured (Full-time only), paid appropriately for all hours, including overtime, and eligible for benefits.
