Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CNC Router Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and are eager to grow their expertise in CNC routing. As a CNC Router Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality products that meet our clients' specifications and deadlines. Please note this is not a metal working CNC operator position - we primarily cut wood and plastic sheets goods on flatbed CNC routers.

Responsibilities:

Prepare materials for cutting by loading them onto the CNC machine bed, using overhead crane movement assistance as needed.

Operate CNC machines, routers, and other woodworking tools to cut materials such as plywood and plastic with precision.

Perform consistent heavy lifting of materials, up to 50 lbs, throughout the work shift.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.

Assist with general shop duties to ensure smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.

Meet project deadlines with consistent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Contribute to a collaborative, multitasking environment, learning new skills as needed

Qualifications:

Proven ability to think critically and solve problems in real-time.

Demonstrated experience in woodworking or CNC routing of wood or plastic.

Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, small-team environment with minimal supervision.

Commitment to safety and precision in all tasks.
