Role and Responsibilities
Line Operators pack different size plastic bottles and prepare boxes for shipping. They
are responsible for visually checking each bottle to look for defects and monitor
product for quality control to meet industry standards. They verify that machines are
operating properly by looking for jams or bottles that get stuck and notify the shift lead
immediately of any machine errors or major bottle defects.
Essential Functions
Maintain a clean and safe workspace on the floor
Inspect finished product for any quality issues
Only pack quality product
Record quality product information on a batch record hourly
Report any product quality issues to the shift lead immediately
Box, label, and wrap pallets to prepare them for shipping
Monitor surrounding equipment and production line operations
Attend training for quality control, product handling, and safety operations as
directed
Role and Responsibilities

are responsible for visually checking each bottle to look for defects and monitor
product for quality control to meet industry standards. They verify that machines are
operating properly by looking for jams or bottles that get stuck and notify the shift lead
immediately of any machine errors or major bottle defects.
Repair and/or replace broken or faulty machinery components within capabilities, such as
blades, air hoses, water hoses, and hydraulic hoses, as needed.
Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts on all machinery and equipment and surrounding
equipment such as conveyor belts, grinders, and spin trimmers in accordance to the
preventative maintenance schedule.
Record repairs and maintenance performed in appropriate maintenance logs.
Clean machinery as necessary from oil, dust, etc. This will include vacuuming under and on
top of the machinery.
Complete all Quality Control procedures required, including, but not limited to: hourly
quality control checks, end-of-shift QC bottle checks, and any hourly checks for machines
you are operating. This is across all running machines on the shift.
Communicating with the Lead Technician on any issues noticed, wear and tear of parts, or
anything observed out of the ordinary.
Report any downtime due to machine failure and not being able to correct the issue.
Being willing to learn new processes and skills to better assist with machine upkeep.
Have an understanding of time management and urgency in the manufacturing
environment.
Role and Responsibilities
The Technician Support is responsible for assisting the Lead Industrial Equipment Technician with
scheduled equipment maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, part replacements,
and analyzing root causes of equipment malfunctions to ensure that products produced meet
industry quality control standards and customer specifications. They are mechanically inclined
enough to comfortably stop and start the machines and equipment, clean and change
blades, replace vital hoses, and understand the inner workings of the extrusion blow molding
machines. They adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and protocols, and have the
desire to want to learn more.

Hours are: 3Rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am Monday-Friday
