Looking for a highly detail-oriented professional to join our production team! We are a manufacturer of promotional products and custom decorate our products with customer provided artwork.
The candidate for this position will be energetic, willing to learn and easy to work with. The day to day activities include proofing customers artwork, preparing art files for production, art file management, order management and customer service. This is a production position, not a graphic design position. Knowledge of design software is not required nor is a creative aptitude.
Duties/Responsibilities
Oversee orders from arrival to submission to production floor
Layout renderings for customer approval
Proofreading
Output files for many types of printing processes
Required Skills/Abilities
High attention to detail
Multitasking; Handle multiple projects while working under tight deadlines and changing priorities
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain workflow timelines to meet customers’ expectations
Comfortable in a PC environment
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to learn new software
Understanding of spot color printing, screen printing and pre-press experience a plus
Full-Time Mon-Fri
