The Business Development Associate will expand our client base and establish strong community relationships. This role involves market research, client acquisition, relationship building, and collaboration with our care management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify potential clients and referral sources; analyze market trends.
Client Acquisition: Attract new clients, retain existing ones, and build relationships with referral sources.
Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns; create promotional materials.
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads; maintain client database.
Reporting: Track business development activities; prepare performance reports.
Collaboration: Work with care management and operations teams for seamless client service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
