Bilingual Receptionist for Small Personal Injury Firm
Description:
Cruz & Associates is a growing and busy personal injury law firm located in the Phoenix area. We are currently seeking a receptionist who is proficient in both the Spanish and English languages. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right individual. Candidates should have a positive attitude and dress professionally. Candidates should be able to multitask and have the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls. Duties include answering a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, checking the status of cases, logging in and distributing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining the supply room and other duties as requested. We welcome candidates without prior experience and are happy to train the right individual. Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
