North Valley Law Firm in growing market (Anthem) has an immediate opening a part-time Attorney to work in and assist in the management of a General Practice Law Firm with an emphasis on Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Arizona Bar admission is required. In addition to our Trust and Estate work, our firm also handles a variety of other matters including Personal Injury Cases and Family Law. The candidate must be willing to go to Court when required (although such appearances are rare these days.)
This is a good opportunity for someone that is looking for part time work to supplement their own practice or extra income. We would also consider a full time attorney as well.
We do require Arizona Bar Admission and ideally at least two years experience at a law firm. Excellent writing skills are a plus. If you have been working at one of the larger PI Firms in the area and want a more relaxed atmosphere this may the position for you.
The ideal candidate requires minimal oversight when assigned a matter and must be diligent in terms of "working" the file and in keeping clients informed of progress on their matter. Familiarity with Electronic Filing is required as is an ability to work with others and to assist where needed. We work matters as a team and support each other on our cases.
