What the Job Looks Like

Legal Support & Case Management:

Assisting attorneys in case preparation, document drafting, and legal research.

Managing client files, ensuring documents are organized, updated, and easily accessible.

Coordinating and tracking deadlines and legal compliance requirements.

Drafting legal correspondence, contracts, and agreements with attorney oversight.

Maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive legal information with discretion.

Communication & Client Coordination:

Serving as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties.

Managing client communications, scheduling consultations, and keeping clients updated on case progress.

Ensuring internal communication among team members is clear, organized, and effective.

Administrative & Compliance Support:

Managing legal document software and databases for efficient case tracking.

Assisting with business entity formation, contract reviews, and compliance documentation.

Supporting office administrative tasks related to legal services.
