Dodge & Vega PLC is hiring another family law attorney our growing Family Law firm. Our current position is for the East Valley, Gilbert/Mesa office. We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven family law attorney who excels in a fast-paced work environment, and works well individually and as part of a legal team. A minimum of 1 years of family law experience is a must. Your caseload will mostly consist of family law issues including but not limited to divorce, child support, legal decision making, custody issues, and more. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, but definitely preferred. You will be expected to jump in and immediately and assume a case load. You will be supported by a a dedicated family paralegal, a legal assistant, and a managing attorney. Your duties will most likely be court room appearances, preparing for court, communicating with your clients and opposing counsel, and reviewing and editing legal documents drafted by your staff.
For the right candidate there will be some flexibility to work from home as well. We will also have a dedicated office space for you here at our main office with your staff seated primarily here.
