We are seeking a skilled Probate Litigation Attorney to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in probate litigation, including contested wills, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and estate administration matters. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and autonomy while collaborating with our team of legal professionals.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the owner/managing attorney in managing a variety of case matters.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis related to probate cases.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents, including but not limited to wills, petitions, and probate pleadings.
4. Collaborate with the owner/managing attorney to develop case strategies.
5. Oversee or review work for entry level associates, as needed.
6. Conduct consultations, as needed.
7. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other parties involved in cases.
Requirements:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
3. Experience with Probate law in Arizona.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
6. Familiarity with online legal research tools and case management software.
Schedule: Hours as needed, can range from 15-40 hours a month.
Location: Remote or In-Person, if located in Arizona
