Are you an experienced Personal Injury Attorney seeking flexibility and autonomy in your practice? We are seeking a Contract Personal Injury Attorney on a case-by-case basis. If you have a passion for advocating on behalf of injury victims and possess a strong legal background, we want to partner with you to deliver exceptional representation.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.

Conduct thorough case evaluations, analyzing the merits of each case and providing clients with honest assessments of potential outcomes.

Develop effective legal strategies tailored to the unique circumstances of each case, with a focus on maximizing compensation for our clients.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, striving to secure favorable outcomes without the need for protracted litigation.

Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests, in accordance with applicable court rules and deadlines.

Potentially represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials, advocating vigorously for their rights and interests.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar.

Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.

Strong negotiation and litigation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients.

Excellent communication and client management skills, with a commitment to providing compassionate and attentive legal representation.

Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently, while adhering to ethical standards and professional responsibilities.

Proficiency in legal research and writing, with a solid understanding of relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.

Benefits:

Competitive compensation structure based on a percentage of case settlements:

35%-40% Pre-Lit

20% Lit (assuming sent out)
