Job Description: PAY = $16.75/hour. Location: N. Phoenix Norterra Area
We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, your primary responsibilities will include making boxes, picking and packing orders, and ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Box Making: Your main task will involve efficiently making boxes to meet daily production targets. You will be required to produce a minimum number of boxes per hour to ensure smooth workflow.
Order Picking and Packing: You will also be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and packing them into the designated boxes for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Following Directions: It is essential to follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors to maintain quality standards and meet productivity goals.
End of Day Tasks: At the end of each day, you will be responsible for light sweeping and cleaning of your work area to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Adherence to Policies: Candidates must adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Eligibility Requirements: Applicants with felony convictions will not be considered for this position. Background checks and drug testing will be conducted as a condition of employment, and candidates must pass both to be eligible for the role.
Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
